About the Property

You'll love vacationing with us for the summer! It's a boat load of fun!!! Charming cottages available May through September. Cottages sleep 6 to 7 comfortably, all have screen porches.

Enjoy relaxing on the beautiful beach which is shared with owners or gather on the dock to enjoy the Beautiful sunset. Sandy beach has shallow crystal clear water which is great for children. Fire pits can be used for night time enjoyment.

Cottages are air conditioned, full kitchen, screen porch, gas grills, picnic tables, 32' TV with DVD player, TV in bedroom, cable tv and wifi. Plenty of parking available, boat launch is right across the street, also a 90 ft dock to keep your boat in the water. Have fun using the paddle boats, kayaks and canoe!

Guests must bring your own linens and towels. All cottages are non smoking and no pets are allowed. Beach kitchen is not included in rental.

Come and have fun in the sun and relax on Lake Winnipesaukee!!!!
